Boost self-confidence Episode 3: “Maintaining self-confidence”

It’s nice to have confidence one day, but how do you keep that confidence?

Here are some tips:

  • accept without judgment that on some days confidence decreases
  • become aware of and listen to your feelings, what is going on in your head, heart and body
  • remember “Who am I?”, of its values, its foundations,… => the roots of the tree seen in episode 1. They are anchored, always with us 🙂
  • visualize your “small wins” and be proud of them

Like a plant that is watered regularly to grow, confidence is built on a daily basis.

The key: “Perseverance”
