It’s nice to have confidence one day, but how do you keep that confidence?
Here are some tips:
- accept without judgment that on some days confidence decreases
- become aware of and listen to your feelings, what is going on in your head, heart and body
- remember “Who am I?”, of its values, its foundations,… => the roots of the tree seen in episode 1. They are anchored, always with us 🙂
- visualize your “small wins” and be proud of them
Like a plant that is watered regularly to grow, confidence is built on a daily basis.
